Philadelphia Flyers general manager Chuck Fletcher has been one of the big winners in the offseason maneuvering with his acquisition of Ryan Ellis, Rasmus Ristolainen, Keith Yandle and Cam Atkinson.



That’s why it’s hard to explain why he chose to sign Martin Jones for $2 million. That move has left people in the hockey scratching their heads. He has struggled for three seasons.
