The Detroit Red Wings’ defense needs major work. Still too many blown assignments. Too often you are left screaming at the television that someone is left wide open. Still, you can see some progress. Detroit coach Jeff Blashill calls this group the deepest defensive group he’s had.
Most importantly, Moritz Seider has arrived and the young German is fast-tracking, like rocketing down the Autobahn, to stardom.
