Playing France on Saturday, Sweden will be looking to improve to 5-0 at the IIHF World Championship. And it’s a sure bet that Berggren will be wearing his lucky socks when the Swedes are getting off the bus at the arena.

“They’re still going strong,” Berggren told Swedish media outlet Aftonbladet.se. “They have worked. We haven’t lost when I’ve had them on. They are pretty too. Happysocks, works for everything. I am satisfied with them.”

Berggren is second on the Swedish team with three assists during tournament play.
