The Daily: Zadina fined AGAIN; Pacioretty Joins Wolverines

The way this season is going, the “diving” law in the Swiss National League is going to be called the Filip Zadina Rule.

Zadina, 25, was fined 4,000 Swiss Francs for the second time this season because he embellished on a penalty call.  No other Swiss league players have been fined even once. With today’s exchange rate, the former Red Wings player is paying $5,027.70 in U.S. funds.

The Czech forward is being paid for his offensive ability, and he is delivering again this season. Zadina has six goals and two assists for eight points in nine games for Davos.
