The Detroit Red Wings (9-4) wrap up their five-game road trip tonight with a contest against the Vegas Golden Knights (6-2-3). Detroit is 3-1 on the trip.

Where:  T-Mobile Arena

When: 10 p.m., ET

Odds: Detroit (+1.5, -160), Vegas  (-1.5, +135), ESPNBet

Hot:  Alex DeBrincat brings a six-game points streak (four goals, five assists) into Vegas.

Not: Rookie Emmitt Finnie has cooled off. He hasn’t registered a point in the first four games of this road trip.

Spotlight:  The Red Wings could also use more offensive production from JT Compher. He also doesn’t have a point on the road trip.

Absence: Patrick Kane has missed the last eight games with an undisclosed upper body injury.

Story: John Gibson is the probable goalie for the Red Wings against Vegas….  Dylan Larkin’s 18 points tie him for sixth in the NHL scoring race… On Monday, the Red Wings reassigned Auston Watson to Grand Rapids…  Injury: Patrick Kane is close to returning, but the Red Wings haven’t said when.
