Red Wings Two Truths and a Lie: Playoffs, Larkin and Trades (+)

Published

on

Dylan Larkin, Red Wings

It’s been a week since the Detroit Red Wings last played a game, resulting in a 2-0 loss to the New York Islanders. In that week, Bo Horvat found himself on the island while Dylan Larkin might be a target of the Boston Bruins.

The last bit of course a big if should Detroit in fact be willing to move its captain.

The Red Wings find themselves seven points out of a playoff spot while having a record (21-19-8) close to last season’s 21-21-6 mark at 48 games. Though they’re a bit closer to the playoffs, it’s a slight jump up.
