Hanas Works to Return to Level Before Injury (+)

Cross Hanas spent much of last season rehabbing a shoulder injury that ended his season in February last year.

First came the physical rehab, which was successful. Then came the mental rehab.

“I never really thought about that when I first got hurt, how hard it is on the mental side to come back from an injury,” the Texas native said. “I feel like that’s probably taken the longest than my actual physical side did. So it is tough, but it’s something that obviously you build towards and you work towards.”
