Compher, Klim Kostin and Dylan Larkin were put on injured reserve on Monday and will be replaced by Jonatan Berggren, Austin Czarnik and Zach Aston-Reese. Compher and Kostin are out with undisclosed injuries, while Larkin left Saturday’s game with a head injury.  Berggren is in his third stint with the Wings this season. He has five goals and 15 points with Grand Rapids and one assist in four games in Detroit. Czarnik has a point in 11 games with the Red Wings and seven points, including three goals, in nine games with Grand Rapids. Aston-Reese, who had 10 goals in 77 games with Toronto last season, has four goals in 20 games with the Griffins. …

The Wings will also be without David Perron, who will have an in-person hearing with NHL officials looking to determine his punishment for cross-checking Ottawa’s Artem Zub Saturday night. The Dallas Stars, who lost to Vegas 6-1 on Saturday, are finishing a stretch of eight games in 14 nights. Goalie Jake Oettinger has been slumping, having allowed 15 goals in his last three starts, all losses.  Dallas has lost three of its last four games. …

ICYMI: Patrick Kane’s first goal as a Red Wing:

Alex Lyon was replaced by James Reimer in net for the third period after giving up four goals on Saturday. “I didn’t pull him,” Lalonde said. “I gave an opportunity for Reimer to get some touches. He’ll get the net here soon. I don’t know when. He’ll be back in the net. It’s a weird game. He didn’t get a lot of volume, just a couple of those looks. Obviously not to the level he’s been at lately.”
