All of Pittsburgh’s top stars will be in action against the Red Wings on Tuesday
The Pittsburgh Penguins will be loading up the big guns as they await the arrival of the Detroit Red Wings for their NHL preseason game on Tuesday. Pittsburgh is suiting up a plethora of their top stars for the game at PPG Paints Arena (7:00 pm ET start).
Among those who will be in the Pittsburgh Penguins lineup will be captain Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Kris Letang and Jake Guentzel. Fourteen of the players slated to play appeared in the Penguins lineup during last season.

Pittsburgh newcomer Jeff Petry, the son of former Detroit Tigers pitcher Dan Petry, is also included in the Penguins roster for this game.
It will be the preseason debut for the Red Wings. However, the Penguins are well into exhibition play. This will be their third game. Pittsburgh went 1-1 on the weekend in a pair of games against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
